When you use our flight planning and booking system, or reach out through our contact form, we may collect:
We do not collect payment information directly. Any purchases made through our store are handled by PayPal, which operates under its own privacy policy.
Information you submit is used solely to coordinate and fulfill your requested service — scheduling flights, sending you your booking confirmation and collaboration link, and following up on your project. We do not use it for marketing, sell it, or share it with third parties except as described below.
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie (__cf_buid) for security purposes. Our booking system uses a session token stored in your browser's session storage to maintain your authenticated session — it expires when you close your browser tab.
Booking records are retained as long as necessary to fulfill the service and maintain business records. If you would like your data removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
You can request to view, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you at any time. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
These terms apply to all services provided by Space Fighter Media, including licensed commercial drone operations (FPV, fixed wing, and DJI platforms), aerial photo and video production, 3D content creation, IT support, 3D printing and prototyping, and the purchase of footage or digital products through our store.
Submitting a flight plan or booking request is not a guaranteed reservation. We will confirm availability and provide a quote before any work begins. A booking is considered confirmed only upon written agreement (email is sufficient) and any applicable deposit.
Drone operations are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe at the scheduled time — including wind, precipitation, visibility, or airspace restrictions — we reserve the right to reschedule at no penalty. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule promptly.
The client is responsible for:
Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use delivered footage for the agreed purpose. Space Fighter Media retains the right to use footage for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw footage is delivered in the format specified at booking (HD, 4K, or RAW). We are not responsible for data loss after delivery is confirmed.
Space Fighter Media carries appropriate insurance for licensed commercial drone operations. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including acts of nature, third-party interference, or airspace closures. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.
The flight planner tool on this site provides airspace and weather advisories generated with AI assistance. These advisories are informational only and do not constitute legal authorization to fly. The pilot in command is always responsible for verifying airspace status and obtaining required authorizations (including LAANC where applicable) before any flight.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Space Fighter Media operates under an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. All commercial drone operations are conducted in accordance with applicable FAA regulations, including airspace authorizations (LAANC) where required.
We operate FPV freestyle quads, fixed-wing platforms, and DJI camera drones depending on the requirements of each engagement. Platform selection, flight parameters, and safety procedures are at the sole discretion of the pilot in command.
Drone operations involve inherent risk. By engaging Space Fighter Media for drone services, the client acknowledges this risk and agrees that Space Fighter Media has taken reasonable precautions to mitigate it. We do not fly over unprotected people, in restricted airspace without authorization, or in conditions that fall outside our operational safety minimums.
